Lead fabrication detailing for large-diameter fittings, vessels and structural assemblies up to DN 3600. Own the WPS catalogue and welder qualification register.
Run reinforced concrete, steel fixing, formwork and excavation packages on industrial and infrastructure sites. One QA record per site, owned by you.
Production welding on CS, SS 304/316 and DI per qualified WPS — fittings, vessels and structural. Active welder qualification mandatory.
Stage-wise dimensional, visual and NDT inspection. Author and sign weld maps, ITPs and dispatch reports. Direct line to the project owner.
Drive ISO 45001 procedures on every site. Tool-box talks, lift plans, PTW system, incident reporting. Protect every team that walks through the gate.
Source pipes, flanges, valves and fittings (CS, SS, DI) from qualified mills. Issue POs with material certificates and pre-shipment inspection — no compromises.
