Inspection & test plans (ITP)
Each project ships with an ITP covering material receipt, fit-up, welding, NDT, hydro-test and pre-handover — signed off by the client.
Welder & WPS qualification
AWS / ASME-qualified welders working to project-specific WPS / PQR packages. All certificates available before mobilization.
Material traceability
Mill test certificates retained for every heat number. Coupon retention and stamping where required by client or code.
NDT & hydro-test discipline
In-house and third-party UT, RT, MT, PT and hydrostatic testing — with full inspection records included in the close-out dossier.
