Which standards do you fabricate to?

We fabricate to AWWA C200 / C207 / C208 for water pipelines and fittings, ASME B16.5 / B16.9 / B16.47 for pressure flanges and fittings, EN 1092 for European projects, and ANSI / API codes where the client specification requires it. Every weld procedure is qualified per ASME IX or AWS D1.1.

What materials do you handle?

Carbon Steel (ASTM A36, A516 Gr. 70), Stainless Steel 304 / 304L / 316 / 316L, Ductile Iron, and aluminum. We supply with mill test certificates (EN 10204 3.1 / 3.2) and can arrange third-party witness inspection (Lloyd's, SGS, BV, TÜV).

What is your maximum diameter?

Up to DN 3600 for fabricated steel ducts, cones and reducers. Standard pipe and flange supply ranges from DN 50 up to DN 3000 depending on the schedule and class.

What are your typical lead times?

Accepted Answer

Standard fittings ex-stock: 1–2 weeks. Custom fabrication (large diameters, special materials, special ends): 4–8 weeks depending on quantity, NDT scope and surface treatment. Rush orders are case-by-case — talk to our sales engineering team.

Yes. ATUM Dış Ticaret (Türkiye) handles export trading and supply across Türkiye, the Gulf (KSA, UAE, Qatar, Oman), wider MENA and Europe. We work on EXW, FOB and CIF Incoterms.

Do you handle civil works in addition to steel?

Yes. ATUM Integrated Services delivers reinforced concrete, steel fixing, formwork, excavation, foundations and infrastructure works for industrial sites — typically as part of a turnkey scope alongside our fabrication.

Do you provide welder qualification records and WPS / PQR?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every project is delivered with the qualified Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS), Procedure Qualification Records (PQR) and active welder certifications relevant to the work. Documentation is included in the dispatch dossier.

What NDT (non-destructive testing) do you offer?

Accepted Answer

Visual Testing (VT), Penetrant Testing (PT), Magnetic Particle (MT), Radiography (RT) and Ultrasonic Testing (UT) — performed in-house and by accredited third parties when the client requires independent witness.
